Our Arbitration Team possesses extensive experience and knowledge of arbitration practice and law in the resolution of client’s disputes efficiently and cost effectively while reducing the risks associated with litigation.

We have in-depth industry knowledge with respect to commercial practices, construction, employment, insurance, intellectual property, oil & gas, energy, pensions, real estate, securities and tax matters, which servewell in a wide range of commercial arbitration disputes.

We are also able to advise corporate clients on available dispute resolution regimes in relation to a variety of industries, including aeronautics, manufacturing, telecommunications and oil & gas. The Team is experienced in representing clients in ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules as well as in institutional arbitrations administered pursuant to the rules of the ICC and LCIA.

We are very effective as mediators and mediation counsel in a wide variety of disputes. Based on our deep experience of resolution disputes, we are able to assist clients in determining whether mediation might be the best for resolving a particular dispute and thereafter in actioning the process.
