Emeka is a creative and very innovative legal practitioner. He has diverse experience and skills in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, transaction advisory and regulatory compliance. His practice focus is in information technology, telecommunications, privacy and data protection, intellectual property, company formation and restructuring, immigration, energy regulation and maritime.

He is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Strathclyde, Glasgow UK and the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus where he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) respectively.  He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
